Listings with variations
Hi all - I'm new to EBay selling - just started a couple of months ago and I have a few items listed with variations where I offer volume pricing. I received a message from a buyer who can't buy one of each of the variations (they are different scents) and get the discount. It will only offer the discount if she orders two of the same scent. Does anyone know a fix for this? Is this standard? Or is it how I inputted it? As a workaround, I told her to order two of the same scent, message me and tell me which two she really wants and I'll adjust on the backend and send her what she wants. Was hoping there's a better way.

·10 months ago@holiday_home_bitsandbobs I believe what you are looking for is the "volume pricing" discount option available to those sellers subscribing to a store. It allows you to make your discount apply across multiple different items. Without the store it apparently only applies to identical items (even if variations of the same item).

·10 months agoTell the buyer to place the items in the cart and ask seller for invoice. Also tell buyer not to pay for purchase until the seller sends you an adjusted invoice.
