Listings not showing up live

·1 week agoapparently they never fixed ALERT17029 it is still happening and my listings are not visible going on over 2 weeks.

·1 week agoI picked one of your listings and searched the title. It came up along with several other listings with similar key words:

·1 week agoit is not fixed i closed my store and re opened and my listings are not showing up 3 days later in search even with a sale and promoted i was getting 4-5 sales a day before the outage and nothing since.

·3 weeks agoJust wanted to say I'm having the same issues. Listed about 15 cards this morning and only 4 showed up in my active listings. The other 11 have not showed up. I went in to try and re-list one of the items that hadn't shown up...and I got the red "duplicate listing" warning. I clicked on the duplicate listing link....and the original listing appeared. The listing looked active & had an associated item number like every other active listing. However...when you do an advanced search for the item #...there is no record of it. Very bizarre "limbo"

·3 weeks agoI ended 69 listings this morning - of those 69, 26 are showing in active listings but when you click them, they are showing as ended, and 21 are in my inactive listings where they should be. My dashboard still tells me Buy It Now renewing today = 25
even though I ended them this morning.
Meanwhile, 22 of those 69 listings are nowhere and not findable - well, let's make that 23 because one item I listed about an hour ago has not appeared in active yet. I am not listing anything until this is resolved and I can see all 69 listings in my inactive view again.
Anyone saying this is normal ebay behavior, no it isn't - and there is a ticket open for it.

·3 weeks agoWe are also experiencing problems with our eBay listings showing up in Active Listings. We are putting a temporary halt of any listings until we know what's going on.
We have been trying to contact (an "Agent) through the eBay chat support, which puts you in an endless loop with "AI". I'm sorry, but eBay seller support sucks ... it is non existent.

·3 weeks agoTHANKS! glad its not just me. Listed 10 items earlier and NONE of them showing up live. Shows in "overview" but not active listings. Got off the phone w/ Ebay cust service person who was clueless (in selling dept) and was of NO help at all. He seemed new & had no clue what I was talking about. SMH

·3 weeks ago · EditedI have noticed significant increases in wait and resolution times when contacting eBay support. Specifically, phone assistance averages around +31 minutes, while chat support takes approximately +10 minutes, with wait times extending further for follow-up questions.
Additionally, this visibility or indexing issue appears to be ongoing for both newly listed and relisted items. I see that many others have been experiencing similar delays. Drafts seem to be non-existent as well (assuming you accidentally did not submit your listing)

I assumed I forgot to save it and redid the listing, same story.
My question is are both of these identical listings floating around somewhere and will eventually end up with both listings when I only have one item?

·3 weeks agoSame story here. its 100% an Ebay technical issue w/ their website. Good luck reaching someone in that dept though to assist you with fixing this issue.

·3 weeks agoIf you listed it twice, just as I did earlier today they will both show up. You will need to cancel one when they show up.

Hey @bstco ! Our Product team is aware that the issue of seller's ended listings, newly listed listings and relisted listings are not showing in active listing page or draft listings page or in inactive section. There is an open ticket under ALERT17029 and they are working on a solution asap.

·3 weeks agoNow I have a boat load of listings that have ended and are just stuck at the top of the Active listings page and have not rolled over although the TIME LEFT has changed to 29 Days and multiple hrs left. So there seems to be a lot of stuff going on. My concern is I hope I don't lose any of the listings I ended and relisted SELL SIMILAR than deleted that are not showing in my UNLISTEDS. Also, is this or could this glitch cause a possible future issue with GHOST LISTINGS resurfacing?

·3 weeks agoI have relisted 10 items this morning also using SELL SIMILAR and only 3 of the 10 are showing in my active listings! I delete the old listings immediately . I hope the other 7 show up and I hope the ended listings also show up because I really have no idea what listings they were now.

·3 weeks agoI've been selling for 23 years and this has never happened before. DO NOT assume that it will sort itself out. Copy and document every listing you make until this is sorted out.

·3 weeks agoFor most of us it is probably too late. I cannot believe we can't even get a heads up from ebay. I am sure it isn't affecting everyone but it is happening to more than enough to justify a post from ebay in my opinion!

OP3 weeks agoSame here. Our Company has been with eBay for 24 years and since I have been the eCommerce Manager it has not happened before. I hope this gets sorted out soon. We have held off on trying to list anything else today until this gets sorted out.

·3 weeks agoI just listed something and it isn't showing in my active listings. It is like it just disappeared. I know it is a while before fully searchable, but this one isn't even showing up in my Manage Active Listings list.

If your account shows that the listed were posted, they will eventually show up without having to be relisted. Sometimes it can be several hours that they remain in queue.

·3 weeks agoSame here just checked and only 2 of the five posted. Are they in the cloud waiting to go live. I am not relisting them for a day or 2 to see if they go live.

·3 weeks agoSeems to be several glitches going on today. Sure, it will straighten itself out. Best way to handle this is to walk away and come back later.
