Listings not showing up in search on ebay
I have several listings that does not show up when serching them in ebay. many of the listings have been unchanged for several weeks, so they should be indexed both inside ebay and also at Google. why is this happening?
e.g. 187668214013

OP8 months agothis becomes a bit more strange... it apears thet visibillity of the items from Denmark where i am located depends on the category.
One item was listet under "Parts for record players" did not show up
Another similar item listed under "Vintage Record Players" did show up.
After changin the category, the other part is now also visible.
Are there anywhere where one can see a list of how items visibility depends in all the categories ??

OP8 months agoInteresting
But i do not understand why there are differences, and what settings make some items apear globally, and som others only apears in USA.
I have these two record player parts that i listed in the sam browser session within a few minutes after each other, but only the one item can be found world wide.
Recently i have solt items world wide without setting anything specific in the listing.
as an example 187959145570 only apears if i include search for location USA
But 187959122640 looks like it can be found from every where, including Denmark

You have three items, including that one, which have freight shipping from Denmark, and are only available to be sold/shipped to the USA.
They are indexed, but if you are searching from Denmark, where you are located, then you won't see those items because they don't offer shipping to your location. You should be able to find them if you change the shipping location to the USA, with a zip code. There's a filter for shipping location in the left channel on the search page.
Items with freight shipping show up at the end of the list with "Best match" because the cost of shipping is not defined.
I think that you might have better results if you list on another eBay site, in order to target buyers in other locations. Shipping into the USA is very difficult and expensive right now.
Your MG Midget parts might sell better in the UK, anyway. Try www.ebay.co.uk
