I checked a couple of your listings and they show countries such as Canada, Japan, and South Korea as being excluded from your shipping destinations. While those countries aren't huge international markets for US eBay sellers, they could add a few sales to the ones you already have. Are those countries being excluded by you or by eBay International Shipping's system?
It doesn´t sell beacause you are listing modern cheap jewelry. Buyers at Ebay don´t care about it. Try to get more vintage stuff like the item you sold May 12 - "Vintage Lady Elgin 23 Watch 14K Gold " . That kind of items sells well at Ebay. Leave the cheap modern stuff to Amazon .
Jewelry is a very over saturated venue. I know, because that's what I sell. lol. I would suggest that you watch your prices and use what ever social media apps you subscribe to advertise what you have for sale. Hang in there.
I think orangehound is right, especially reason #3, an oversaturated market. I am having the exact same difficulties. I'm sure many other sellers are, too. About 1 item a month for me lately. Very discouraging.

Perhaps he is getting tired of saying "you need to sell things that people are willing to buy" and being told that is unhelpful. (Which is funny, because listing things that people want to buy has always helped when I do it.)

I will repeat what others are saying. The OP is selling budget jewelry in a very saturated market. It is almost impossible to make a listing stand out in that market.
This seems like a recurring topic as you've posted the exact same question every few months.
There is nothing wrong with your items and I agree, the photos are good. But you have a handful of items in an incredibly over-saturated market. I'm not sure this is going to change. I would keep listing more and try to avoid auctions for most of your items - there is too much competition and it's too easy to pass over them and find something with a simple fixed price on it to purchase.
All things considered, I think you're actually doing well.
Could be any number of things ... but here are the likely ones:
Nobody is interested in it, at any price.
It is overpriced
There are tens of thousands of similar products listed on eBay, and it is getting lost in that sea. Like a thousand fishermen with their hooks in the water, trying to catch the one or two fish swimming around.

4. All online platform third party sellers are complaining about poor sales, and metrics. This is not a problem unique to eBay.
5. All of the macro-economics (nation wide and world wide) are showing signs that we (the planet) are entering a recession. Interest rates are up, energy costs are up, housing is up, inflation is raging - and the worst symptom? Our government is lying about it.
6. People are contracting in their spending. Uncertainty is a certainty.
We are all in for a tough two or three years (minimum), maybe lots more depending on upcoming elections.
I've been thru these before. What I did was power thru. Survive. The weakest of the herd will drop out. When it turns around the survivors will be the only ones left - and we will be perfectly positioned.
Belly ache if you have to. If it makes you feel better - it's ok. These boards will be awash in tears. I have a very absorbent shoulder if anyone needs it. It won't make any difference.

Like some earrings the price is 2.99 and shipping is 2.99.
When I look at it I feel like it's not worth buying because the ratio makes me think it's a bad deal.
I'd be more inclined if it was $6 with free shipping.

·2 years agoYour trying to sell common flea-market merchandise. You need to expand your line of items. None of the drop ship merchandise will sell very well.
