Listing violation
I got a listing violation and in the email it said “selling outside of eBay†I never did that so I’m so confused on this violation

·7 months agoIf they removed the offending listing then it would be hard for us to say exactly what eBay didn't like. Possibly there was something in the description that looked like a phone number or a link to an outside website, for example.
Incidentally, this is not what you asked, but I notice in your listing for a Gold Filled Puffy Heart Lock Charm that you apparently have 3 of them, and you have the correct way of listing the Quantity as 3 available (sold separately), but your listing photos show all 3 together.
If you're selling them individually, don't show a photo of more than one, or a confused buyer is going to expect to receive all of them for the price of one. Just show clear photos of the single item itself, and let the Quantity of 3 show that more than one may be available.

·7 months agoYou should figure out a way to mark out you sold items when you are selling individually but have everything in one picture. Can you do Variation Listings? Or maybe edit the main photo something like this one after each sale.

·7 months agoDo you copy any information from another site and paste it in your descriptions?
That could cause it.

·7 months agoIt could be as simple as including your email address in a message to a buyer, or making a buyer aware of your website or another marketplace you sell on.
It could also be based on a buyer complaint tied to your improper page offering a choice of one of 15 items with all of the items sold.
