Listing Traffic History

Question

Anyone else getting blank Listing Traffic windows when clicking on View Traffic History, even for items showing a recent views total? And yes, I've cleared my cache and cookies.

Hey @hartungcards! Thank you for tagging me. There is an open ticket for the Listing Traffic History pop up showing blank in view item page instead of the actual listing traffic history graph. The ticket is ALERT16612 and the Product team is looking into a solution roll out.

@hartungcards Yes. I'm pretty sure t his is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused processing delays.
