Listing Templates Not Saving Vehicle Compatibility Chart
I decided to use Listing Templates for the first time since many of the auto parts I sell fit a certain range of vehicles.
I spent the time going through the eBay fitment chart and added all the years and models and saved it. It looked like a normal listing after saving with the boxes of selected vehicles visible from listing page. I did this for 3 templates in total.
Finished the rest of template, saved it, and thought all was good. Went to use it today and the fitment chart info is all gone, it didn't save any of it. I checked the other 2 templates I made and they did the same thing, saved all the other listing info except the compatibility, which, of course, is really the only thing I wanted it to save.
Has anyone ever had the compatibility chart save in a listing template, or is it just not possible?
Edit: To add, if I go to Edit Template, the fitment chart info is still saved properly.

·1 year agoThis has been that way for years and I have reported the issue a few times. Fitment is saved in the template but when you use it to list, fitment does not come along. Seems like a Simple Fix?
Ebay wants all sellers to list fitment in motors and has even gone so far as doing it "automatically".
Fixing this would be greatly helpful for sellers who can't afford 3rd party software.
Only way currently is in Drafts and then remembering to copy them before they expire.
