Listing stuck as a rule breaker (for over a year now)
eBay item number:358520032493. This listing does not break the rule. It is stuck as a rule breaker eventhough it does notbreak a rule. I also cannot delet the listing until eBay releases it. The help AI did not help either.

Evidently this "rule breaker" listing was removed and as such, we can't see it.
Please tell us what the listing was for, how you photographed and described it and what the takedown message says as to why it violates policy.

·2 weeks agoMy listing was for a custom sticker. It was a bootleg, basically. But we sold nearly 4,000 and one day they took it down because of a member report. Going to the Resolution Hub should show any listing violations that you have had. Otherwise, you will have to get on the phone with eBay. To do that you have to request a call back. The easiest way that I have found to request a call is to go to your "drafts" page on a PC. Scroll to the bottom of the page, there should be a popup in the bottom right corner of your screen that says "Need Help? We're here if you need us" and there is a button labeled "request a call". If it is not there, refresh the page and check again. Usually it is there for me, this time, I had to refresh twice for it to pop up.

·3 weeks agoI get the screen with "We looked everywhere! Looks like this page is missing If you still need help, visit our help pages." when I searched your item number.
I had a listing removed for a violation once and I had to click on (something like) I understand that it was a violation. Then it gave me the option to delete the listing or not. If not, I could still delete it later. It was not a re-list-able listing though, it was basically a dead listing. I just needed to accept the terms or whatever it was, before deleting it.
If it has not been too long you can still find the message that I am referring to. To find it, I would go to messages, click on "from eBay" to narrow the search down, then scroll down until you find a message or messages from eBay about the listing being removed. In that message there will be a button there to click on that says "review your listings" then the next page you can do what it takes to delete them.
After typing all of this, I thought of something, maybe a faster work-around, which is to go directly to the source? Try going here to the eBay Resolution hub to see your violations... Good luck! ~Jeff

OP2 weeks agoI could not attach the video of selecting the resolve button, being taken to a page that explains the problem at length, then all the buttons at the bottom of the page do not work, including the, I forget the exact the phrasing, get help nor the revise buttons.
I cannot delete nor make a copy from the active listing list either.
