Listing Issues

Anyone else having an issue trying to list with volume discounts?

I have been trying for a week and it will not let me, and I need to use them to sell stuff.

Not sure how to contact eBay about this bug.

I don't know if this is your problem with volume discounts BUT I listed something yesterday and had that option in my listing form.

SO, I went to another draft and if I have only 1 item to list, the volume discounts does not appear.

I entered a QUANTITY of 3 and the volume discounts box magically appeared.

I always thought you needed to 'create' your listing, and then go to the Markdown Manager and 'create' the various promotions as it is NOT done when first creating a listing??

Not for volume pricing. The option appears at the bottom of the listing form.

However the section appears to have disappeared. I can not see it on a listing form or even if I do a sell similar from an existing listing that has volume pricing. But in the link below you can see it did exist at one time.

Has Ebay made a recent change to this tool? Where did it go? Is it a glitch or is it no longer offered as a tool? Or did they move it someplace and just haven't informed us yet.

Hi @mam98031. We have checked and there is not a current ticket out for this. Let me get this over to our listing team to see what's going on. I will touch base when I hear more.

You are correct, you need to contact Ebay and report this. When you do that, make sure you get the Ticket number or Alert number, whatever they want to call it. Post it here so that other sellers experiencing the same issue can contact Ebay and get attached to the Alert. The more sellers that are affected and tell Ebay, the higher the issue rises in the priorities.

Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
