Listing in Canadian currency I'm in U.S. how to change?

I listed some items and didn't realize they are listed in Canadian currency. I am not sure why, but when I sold one of the items I was charged an exchange fee for the difference in U.S. and Canadian exchange rate. Anybody know how I can switch this to U.S.?

Where is the buyer located?

Any International Sale will incur the International fee.
