LISTING FOR A 1969 MATTEL BABY DOLL
I Just noticed one of my listings has a warning Adult verification needed to view? Have never seen this before. It is for a old Mattel doll? Is it because I had pics of a nude doll? I don't see anything on the listing that would trigger this?

I'm surprised your listing for a Mattel doll has an adult verification required, as a search for "love doll" brings up many pages of explicit items with no verification whatsoever.
eBay -- A pervert's paradise.

·10 months agoYou have the word NUDE in a few of those Dolls that don't have clothing. So out of curiosity, I Googled
"Can the word NUDE trigger ebay filters?"
Results:
"Yes, using the word "nude" can trigger eBay's filters, depending on the context in which it's used. eBay's system reviews listings for content, including images and text, to enforce its strict Adult Items policy. While not an outright ban, the word flags content for review to determine if it violates their policies, particularly concerning sexually explicit material."
Take the word NUDE out of all those Titles and you shouldn't have any issues.
And, personal note. That 1974 Kenner Doll. Put a sack over that Dolls head. That's a little creepy when you're scrolling through your listings real quick.😂

·10 months agoWalk in the Bar at 9:00pm, she scares the living hell out of ya.
Coming 2:00am as the Bar is closing, she's not really looking that bad at all.

·10 months agoI have to agree with gone.c-33 Entirely!, The love doll is what triggered that to happen. Get rid of that & I am pretty sure you'll be fine.

·10 months agoI agree with @gone.c-33 . Look at how other sellers have listed it. Sometimes you have to put a different word between love and doll or between baby and doll. This has happened to me before.

·10 months agoDon’t forget that AI learns from human behavior so that means that enough gross people search for “love doll†or “baby doll†when not looking to find kids toys 🤮

·10 months agoIn this case I wouldn’t even assume it was AI. Keyword based filters have been around a lot longer and are more inflexible and prone to this specific type of issue than AI ones.

·10 months agoMight be the combination of the words tender “love doll†in your title which can be perceived as a euphemism for an another type of doll…
