Listing eligible to send offers
I have several items that are classified as eligible for sending offers. What is the criteria for being eligible? Why aren't all of my listings eligible? Can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
Thanks.

Because if your listing has no interest, eBay wouldn't know who to send the spam to.

eBay has a page how it works and the eligibility criteria for listings.

·10 months agoIt’s not so much about anything in the listing being eligible, just whether there are viewers/watchers that are eligible to receive offers (mostly meaning they don’t have that option turned off).

·10 months agoIt is really hard to say what makes a listing eligible for sending an offer.
I've had low or no interest items suggested. That actually makes sense to me.
Some of my new listings have appeared on my offer list. By new, I mean less than a week after listing.
IMO, that is way too early to begin discounting an item.

·10 months agoThe criteria seems to be one of or a combination of.......
Interest...when buyer looks at a listing
Watch list... when a buyert adds the item to their watch list
Cart...when a buyer adds the item to their shopping cart.
