Listing an empty can, not allowed ?
Hi, I was trying to list an empty promotional ZYN can. Not allowed. under the tobacco policy, do not relist. Sigh. So how come there are loads listed ? Do I need to change an item specific ?

·Sep 9, 2026 at 12:52 PMWe have a used deck of playing cards from that brand - It was 'list-able' a few times then got blocked - Waited a year, moved to other ID and left out the word tobacco and it got thru. Still hasn't sold but at least not blocked.

Make sure it is listed under "collectables".
Also make sure "Empty Can" is in the title AND the description in big, bold letters.

OPSep 9, 2026 at 10:38 AMThanks. there are plenty listed. I have empty in the title and description. I was able to list on eBay UK by leaving out ZYN, but that rather defeats the object. I just wondered how the others are structuring their listings.
It's under collectables/advertising/merchandising and memorabillia. Maybe big bold letters will do it.
