That doesn't mean a seller isn't being sanctioned in some way. There are several ways Ebay can sanction a seller and they still can sell.
Hold their money.
Reduced selling limits.
Reduced number of active listings.
Penalty fees.
Etc.
None of which you can tell by looking at a Seller's account.

·3 years ago@para3174 you have the following on your "About" page on Ebay:
"ebay do not care about anyone ...15 years in business with them and they are punishing me from selling due to being a bad seller."
You have active listings and sold stuff in the last several months, so what is the restriction?

That statement is in and of itself a breach of the rules. You aren't allowed to say something like that on your store or on your listings. You need to remember, they OWN the site in which you are tearing down verbally. And that makes you look HORRIBLE to potential buyers.

·3 years agoAt this point, be glad you still have an active account. EBay told you why your account was sanctioned. A seller has to act upon those reasons to correct past mistakes in order to grow their selling privledge.
Sounds like eBay is allowing you that chance.

·3 years agoDid you return to selling after a gap of months or years?
That would put you in the same category as New Sellers, who have Restrictions on the number and value of the items they list until they meet stated criteria.
Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking. They can hold the payment for the full 21 days if you're selling in a high risk category.
You have apparently sold 14 items in the past 90 days.

·3 years agoHmmmm. Insulting eBay is not the way to go about this. Your tens of thousands of items to be listed is just a drop in the bucket for eBay.

·3 years agoMight want to jump on that to avoid another restriction. Just saying.

·3 years agoWhat? What kind of restriction could they get for not participating in a thread they created? I don't understand the statement.

We are all members of Ebay and do not have the authority to help you. But we may be able to give you some advice on how to proceed that may help. However first we have to know why your account is in trouble. There are many reasons why this can happen. Please post the email you got from Ebay notifying you of the sanctions. Make sure you black out any personal information and we can go from there.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

·3 years agoWe can't help with your account, but if it is a problem with returns, they roll off after one year. What is the problem with your seller dashboard?

Unfortunately no one here can help you, intervention or other wise. It's eBay's decision if they want to re activate your account or not. Evidently they felt it needed to be restricted for one reason or another. I don't know, I'm not one who made the decision. What you can do is contact eBay thru Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/ebayForBusiness/
These are US CS agents who may better serve your situation and get you back to selling. Tap into that link and tell them your issue at hand with your account and see if they can help you.
Best of luck for a positive outcome.
