let me share a joke with you
The account has 0 disputes and 100 positive feedback, and registered back to 2008 with eBay.
During 2020 the covid-19 period, lack of managing shipping time dropped into "below standard".
Now when you have the intention to bring it up for selling, the joke thing is,
- You can access your account very well.
- They say you have 0 limits for new listings because of below stand.
How could you improve your perfornace with 0 listings permissions?
Just in this case, Amazon is million times better than eBay and treat sellers as human.

·2 years agoAs will often happen, when you let an account to be dormant for a long time, Ebay, for security reasons, will zero out your limits. They do this because dormant accounts are prime targets for Pirates.
You have assumed that Ebay is trying to punish you when in fact they have been protecting you!
All you need to do is contact Ebay. Make sure they have all the info they need for your Managed Payment account and that it is current and get your account fired up again.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
