I am a bit desperate here. My account medloftheworld60 has been suspended for quiet a while.
The automated messages from support state that the account is under legal review with no estimation when this review will be finished. I am stuck, since I do not know what to do further on.
I cannot get to human support, I am afraid, looks like my messages are processed via AI assistants.
I will be very grateful for any tips, recommendations or advises in this respect.

Not sure why you are under legal review or what that entails but being in Ukraine may have something to do with it.
Why did eBay say that they suspended you? What was the code and vague reason in the email you received?

OP3 weeks agoIt was embargoed countries policy, since initially my account was registered at the territory of Ukraine, temporarily occupied now. Then I moved to Kyiv, the capital, and re-registered my account in Kyiv, having provided all the necessary docs to eBay. It was about 3 months ago. Since then they started writing that I was under legal review, no further docs are needed, etc. Looks like AI, actually. I am ok with a legal review, but no ETA is given ((((. So I am a bit lost here.

OP2 weeks agoWell, it has been ok for 4 years before the block, so I do not think, it is related to war. Anyways .I will keep trying to get my account unlocked.
