LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEBACK FOR UNPAID AUCTIONS ONLY
I posted similar year 2 ago. Everyone give me the Yada Yada sellers can leave NEG FB for buyer since???
I know all this and setting buyer requirements. I REITERATE having an option to leave NEG FB when buyers win auctions and DO NOT PAY!!! This and this alone. No other possible way leave NEG FB. This would make the buyers take bidding more serious. As it is now all they is getting is unpaid item strikes which go away. This would help EBAY as well. About 1/3 my auctions go unpaid. This ______ cause I does better with auctions as I can combine and ship light items. Ages ago when u bid, you got message about "You are entering into a binding contract" at least then they tried to make a buyer take bidding seriously. I is hoping some EBAY big shot will read this and consider. Ant sure of the subliminal aspects of Lil Johnny Bubblebritches getting NEG FB when he DESERVES IT???? Maybe would hurt they precious buyers feelings???? BUt would make many more pay like they should be doing anyway

·3 years agoSellers have not been allowed to leave negative FB for buyers for something like 15 years.
eBay gives you a way to resolve unpaid item cases. Cancel after four days of nonpayment, using "buyer didn't pay" as the reason. Leaving negative FB never made the buyer straighten up and pay, did it?
It's not that eBay cares about buyers' feelings per se. It's that buyers who receive negative FB could possibly leave and do their shopping elsewhere. eBay prefers that that doesn't happen.

·3 years agoeBay is not going to allow negs for buyers - it's bad for business, I know of only one other site that even bothers with buyer FB, and there's a mechanism to bar these buyers from your listings as well as an automatic process to give them non-paying strikes.

Give them 4 days to pay.
Cancel on the 5th day. Reason: Buyer did not pay.
Buyer will get a strike.
After 2 of these strikes, sellers can block this buyer from bidding/buying.
