Late shipping to get reduced combined shipping
My buyer won an auction item on Sunday. He then asked me to hold it so he could bid on an item ending this Sunday so he could take advantage of combined shipping. He payed for the first item. By holding the first item beyond the "ship by date" and combining with the second auction 7 days out will it affect my on time shipping record? Is there any way around it?

·8 months agoIf they've already paid for it, no, you cannot keep it from affecting your shipped on time metrics. The good news is there's some leeway built in to those, so you could do it if you choose and just take the late shipping ding. It's up to you, though.
