Late Shipping Charges on My Sellers Ratings

I just wanted to know why E-bay is punishing me on my Sellers Ratings for late shipping charges when I mailed all out on time but the Post Office delivered them late to the customer?

Late shipping details have nothing to do with the actual delivery of the item.

If your item receives a carrier scan within your shipping timeframe, it does not matter when the itme is delivered. So it sounds to me like you may not be obtaining carrier scans. Can you confirm for us whether or not the items ebay claims were late got a carrier scan within your shipping timeframe?

So to be clear you did ship within 1 day which is your handling time and you got yourself a receipt which you have proof your item was scanned? If you drop your package off without being scanned prior to leaving the post office you can be subject to late shipment if they scan it days later.
