late shipping
can something be done about the following ??????????????? , a buyer buys a second item a day after the first item , but when combining shipping , the first item is marked as late even though the second is on time in same package

OP6 months agoyeah , I went from 3 days to 2 days , but also more then once when the weather closed the post office we would get the extra day , that seems to be gone . anyway ultimately my fault I guess , but getting it back to 100%%%% just to see that vanish hurts , kinda like my negative feedbacks ,( unwarranted for sure ) got 2 in a month last spring ( first ones in what had to be 5 ++years ) it hurts to looks at that 98%%% , they will be gone soon

·6 months agoAs others have said, the only solution for you might be to increase your handling time. But how often do you expect this scenario to happen? If it's going to be pretty rare, don't sweat the late shipping. Unless it is a common occurrence for you, one late shipping ding won't have any effect on your account/sales.
