late shipments/delivery while I'm on vacation
Went away for a couple of weeks. Put all listings on vacation for 2 days before I left through 2 days after I returned home. 3 items were sold while I was gone. I shipped them out the day following my return. So far, I have been "dinged" with 2 late shipment/deliveries. I challenged them and, of course, lost. WTF am I supposed to do, as you can NEVER get ahold of a REAL person to talk to. Any help??

Whether you choose to allow sales or pause them, delivery dates won't be updated for:
Second Chance Offers
Auto-accepted offers
Pending counter-offers
Seller initiated offers accepted during Time Away
Items with local pickup or in-store pickup as the shipping option
Digital items
Athletic shoes eligible for Authenticity Guarantee
Using time away and allowing sales to happen can ONLY be used for 15 days. So if you ran your 2 days before your 2 week vaca and for 2 days after your return, that is a total of 18 days. So you actually may not have had Time Away set or it may have just not extended your handling time. This is stated in the policy page.

·6 days agoWas in the,same,situation. After hearing of stories like yours I ended up ending all my listings when I went on vacation. I just didn't want to risk it.
Not sure why time,away does not work consistently
