late shipment or tracking upload defects
Mail was disrupted in my area because of bad weather, and I got 10 "Tracking not uploaded on time" marks. I disputed, ebay agreed, and sent 10 separate messages "we are removing the defects...." BUT they still show on my Seller Dashboard. It put me under the 95%, and now in danger of losing my Top Seller status. Help!

OP5 months agoI'm updating my original message because this situation still isn't resolved. Many messages back and forth to ebay, and 2 phone calls later... The last phone call seemed perfect; the man understood my situation, and HE SAID he would expedite the request to "officially" remove the late tracking shipment 'display' that still shows on my Seller Level. It's been 10 days (phone call was 3/20/26). I got a message from ebay saying I was in danger of top seller status --- what?? HELP

·6 months agoAs @stainlessenginecovers says, what you see when you look at seller level is not fully updated until the 20th of the month.
No reason to deal with it in real time.

OP6 months agoThe ebay messages I received for removal were Feb 9, so do you think Feb 20 was too soon to remove? I guess I'll just assume they'll be removed with the March 20 update.

·6 months agoThe REAL 'rating' doesn't take place until Mar 20 (20th of each month). By then, they should be gone.
That "95%" is 'if we rated you today' as they state.

OP6 months agoThe defects were Jan 25, 2026. The defects removed messages were Feb 9, when it said 72 hr or so. Do you know why they weren't removed with the Feb 20 update?
