Just opted in to seller hub, now shipping options look weird
I opted into seller hub today, for the first time. After doing so, I decided to create a new listing and noticed some differences through the listing process. Specifically to shipping and payment. I used to get so many options for shipping! Now it gives me 4 total. As an example, It says "Calculated shipping:USPS PARCEL, 3 business days 51ecc7481d16000"
Has anyone else encountered this? Does this have to do with shipping policies? I'm confused and my momentum has halted because of this. Any help/guidance would be appreciated! Thank you!

·3 years agoThe Seller Hub should cause you to see differences like that. The SH is simply a summary page where you can find all kinds of information. It does take a little getting use to, but there is a wealth of information there.
You can also customize the screen a bit by moving the boxes around to be in the order that works best for you. There is a Customize button on the upper right side. You just drag the boxes to where you want them when you are in the Customize screen.
For me, the first three boxes are the most important for me. So at the top I have Listings box, then the Orders box and the third one is Seller level. Those are the boxes I use regularly so having them first is good for me. I would encourage you to check that Seller Level box which contains your Seller Dashboard at the very least weekly. This screen will let you know when you are getting defects that can harm the health of your selling account. It can help you keep yourself out of trouble by staying on top of this screen. And each section gives you info to explain what it is about.
