Just got screwed again by ebay--- buyer paid and them ebay shows him more like mine- Cancelation Req
For the life of me - I cant understand why ebay as a selling platform would undermine its sellers at every step.
I had an item on sale already but a buyer reached out to make a lower offer... It had been listed for awhile so i accepted and they paid last night. $131.00
I wake up this morning to a cancelation request stating " found at lower price"
I messaged the buyer to confirm and asked how he found a lower price. He promptly sent me a screenshot of the ebay page right after he bought mine showing him similar items and one of them was $30 cheaper ( NOT comparing apples to apples as my set was a genuine new old stock GM set of 4 and the other set was a USED set)
Reguardless- why does ebay continue to undermine completed sales?- the time to compare is BEFORE a purchase NOT after.
This has been happening for years now but it was nice of the seller to confirm for us that - it is ebay showing and tempting people to cancel orders after the sale- you cant make this stuff up
