I've received an order, but the price listed is for two items, while the order is only for one.
We offer discounts for multiple orders. so the listing has multiple prices for different quantities.
I've received an order, but the price listed is for two items, while the order is only for one. How could this discrepancy occur?

·2 years agoIf it's the Nivea, that listing show a quantity of 8 available with 2 sold, perhaps this buyer bought 2 units, I rarely see multiple units to the same buyer and if I did the shipping charge would make it obvious, have another look at the sale notice.
If that is the listing I don't see any quantity discounts offered, I do see it on a couple of other listings I checked.

When you listed the item did you use a LOT. IE> a lot of 2 items but 1 quantity which covers the lot of 2?
