I've always been told a buyer has 21 days to accept a partial or send an item back. Now I'm being told "there isn't an exact number of days".....what?!
A buyer opened a return, offered a partial refund, they never approved/denied it. Cannot get ahold of them.
It's been 22 days, so I contacted eBay. Now I'm being told "there isn't an exact number of days".
