It's nice when buyers are nice.
I sold 2 rechargeable batteries and 1 was received bad.
Usually this type of battery will blink when bad, but maybe it got dropped hard in transit.
The buyer politely messaged me first, and did not open a return request.
I figured an amount based on the price of one (these were not originally sold as a set, but I sold them as a set), and half of the multi quantity discount received.
Buyer was happy with the amount offered and thanked me for being professional.
Did not start off being accusatory by saying something like "why do you sell junk, your a bad seller, you scammed me, etc"
I wish ALL buyers were this nice!

I've encountered some of these buyers, and it's always nice. Allows you to work something out where everyone is happy.
