Items that didn’t come
Hello! I bought my little sister a fancy purse and it didn’t come! I’ve tried looking up the delivery number and it says it doesn’t exist. I’ve tried contacting the seller and it says the product never existed. I’ve tried there AI phone line but it tells me I never bought anything but my bank records show 50 dollars gone to eBay! It’s been late for about four days and I’m very frustrated can anyone help?

·1 year ago4 days late is nothing right now. The USPS system is in shambles. I had a pkg a week ago that traveled to the sort center an hour away & then for almost 3 weeks, only scanned in & out of that same sort center. So, 3 weeks later it wa an hour away from where I dropped it off. I opened a missing mail search & that got things rolling & it was delivered a few days later, but it's way too soon to do that with yours.
Those Carrier estimates, are just that, estimates! The mail has been running really, really slow. Just be patient, it's way too soon for you to take any action. We are all experiencing a lot of delays via USPS.
If you made the purchase as a guest you should have the order confirmation email.
