Items sold still show in active listing unable to send invoice
Hello EBAY Community,
I have an issue that just started today, I have items that sold, but are still listed in my active listings. As a result, I am unable to send invoices. I tried looking to get help from EBAY but could not get past the initial prompts. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

·6 months agoSame here. They have a message: eBay Support: "We are aware of an issue where auction items are incorrectly displaying as unsold in Seller Hub or My eBay. You don't need to take any action as we are actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible

They should resolve within a few hours or by tomorrow morning latest. This happens every Feb 28th.
On Feb 28th the system is overloaded with listing renewals from the 28, 29, 30 and 31 all renewing on the same day. As a result you'll see serious lags like "disappearing" listings, sold auctions on the inactive/ended page instead of the orders page or stuck on the active page, and lots of other glitchiness.

·6 months agoI am having the same exact problem right now. This another reason why eBay should stop "fixing" things and just leave things that work fine alone. The removed the "Items Ended" and "Items Unsold" lists and now calling them "Inactive listings". Now the whole system is messed up. Stop changing things that were working fine before. There is a new problem every two weeks on this site, it's pathetic.
Somebody needs to tag a blue or escalate this to get this problem fixed.
Fix your website ASAP. You are disrupting sales and losing money.

·6 months agoAny buyer can come along and pay for the item in a buy it now listing before your buyer actually pays.
First buyer to pay, gets the item.

OP6 months agoThis is for an auction. The items still show in my active listings. I have not received confirmation from EBAY that the item actually sold.

·6 months agoYou don't need to send an invoice. EBAY will automatically notify your customer that they won the auction (EBAY allows customers about 4-days to pay). After customer pays the money, you can ship these items.

OP6 months agoThe items still show as active on my page. I have not been notified by EBAY that they actually closed, so buyers are not able to pay.

·6 months agoYou need to check to see if you are awaiting payment. Items are still active until a buyer pays for it. Ebay has made this change some time ago due to nonpaying buyers. Majority of the time buyers automatically pay or pay immediately when an offer is accepted.

OP6 months agoNo. I have not received notification that the item actually closed. That is why it still shows in my active listings.
