Items delivered but not showing a s delivered on my orders.

Question

Hi everyone,I seem to be having an issue where sales are showing up as not yet delivered using the tracking number, but buyer has received the item. Is this common or a glitch? I am trying to follow up late deliveries to find out that they were delivered.Many thanksJohn.

@johnrichardhewittfineart input the tracking numbers onto the shipping company's tracking system to verify delivery and its date.

Once established, click on the drop down menu next to the item and choose 'add note' to put the date of delivery for your own info.

This is what I do so I don't have to keep on waiting for eBay to show 'delivered'

I see that sometimes. For example, I received two packages yesterday but the program didnâ€™t show delivered until today. Itâ€™s not all the time, but yes sometimes it will show as undelivered for several days even though the packages were delivered. Because it only happens randomly, I just ignore it as a glitch. Although, someone could claim to have not received it and that would be a problem!

I don't see any live or sold listings on this ID, so it's hard to comment about your carrier(s). I can tell you that sometimes USPS scans are not in 'real time'. (That's the only carrier I use and can speak to.) At least your things are getting to your buyers... Hip Hip!

ETA: I see you're in the UK... so my info about USPS won't ease your mind one bit. Upward and onward and all...
