Item sold well below asking price
I got a notification that one of my items sold and when I looked it said that hat an item I had posted for $750 sold for $37.50 plus shipping. I never got any offers on this item. I logged out of my eBay account and looked myself up on eBay and when I looked at items I sold it said that that item had sold for $750. Does anyone know why that happened?

·2 years agoMaybe you accidentally accepted an offer on your phone, known to happen. You won't have to give as big a refund when it's returned for INAD. That is not brand new. That is used. The packing isn't all there. The unit has visible dust, marks and scuffs. The cord is 'used' as well, it would have been evenly wrapped and secured in plastic.
Likely somebody bought a new one and donated the old one in the replacement box. Cross your fingers it works. It's a valuable learning experience. Far cheaper than taking a business course a local community college.

·2 years agoThere are some nuances to OBO with regards to automatic settings. Check to make sure you don't have your listings setup to automatically send some type of offer.
