Item showing out of stock sold on Listing, but not showing up on Orders page - SOLVED
A customer messaged about a coat they placed an order for. The item isn't showing up on my list of orders, but the listing page itself is showing out of stock and that the item sold.
They sent a screenshot of their order page, saying they purchased it, but it doesn't even show as processing as processing? Not really sure what's going on.

OP2 years agoIt wasn't showing under All Orders or Awaiting Payment. It did just show up in my orders paid for and ready to ship.
eBay is lagging today obviously. Congrats on your sale!
I looked at your items sold, that item is not there. Could be they haven't paid for it yet. Do you possibly have it in items awaiting payment?
