Item returned due to insufficient address
Hello. I sold an item back in December, today I received the item back because of insufficient address.
It cost me an extra $5.22 for the item. I sent the buyer a message but have not received a reply. Should I refund the money & cancel the sell or should I let Ebay tell me what to do or should I just keep the money & relist the item.

·9 months agoYou've met your obligation. If you shipped to the address the buyer gave you, and the item could not be delivered, they can either pay you to reship, or take a refund minus any costs you've incurred. The fact that they are not responding means you don't need to do either. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a working address.
