Item not received
I sold a sports card using ebays standard shipping, buyer is claiming he didn't receive it the tracking says out for delivery as of last Thursday it also says will be delivered by March 17, any suggestions on what to do.

·6 months agoYes, I would definitely contact the customer and thank them for their patience and explain that item shows expected delivery by March 17.

·6 months agoESUS shipping is via USPS and the item gets scanned by machine along the way
from you to the buyer.
It does NOT get scanned when you dropped it off at the PO
It DOES get scanned (Or it should) at the first distribution center
and at any distribution center between you and the buyer.
It does NOT get scanned at the buyers local po
and also does NOT get scanned at the time of delivery.
99% of the ESUS buyers complaining about the "Delivered" scan
will receive the order a day or 2 later.

OP6 months agoThank you, everything you said I know I'm a retired postal worker. Also if there is a processing plant near where someone lives it says plenty of times that it is out for delivery in the town the processing plant is in. My question is should I contact the buyer or Ebay
