Item not on sale, sold for sale price?
I made a sale a few days ago and added most of my store, mainly stale inventory.
I listed an item last night and it sold as part of the sale.
But oddly another item did not.
What gives? I see no checkbox that states "all items in store included" or anything like that. I had to manually add items to the inventory when I made the sale.

·8 months agoI think I understand what @quadcitypickers is trying to figure out. They have 2 new listings sold recently, the B&O stylus which shows on sale and the Sony camera which doesnt. I assuming they listed both recently and both sold recently, but were never initially part of the sale they created? If this is correct, I may know why and what your are probably looking for to fix this.
From your seller hub, click the tab for "Marketing" and in the drop down click "Discounts". On that page, find the sale you have running and to the left click the button with 3 dots, and in the drop down click "Edit". On this page, there is a check mark box for "Include skipped items when they qualify". If this is checked marked, it will automatically include new listings to your sale if/when the qualify for it, however it may take up to 12 hours for them to show as on sale.
With this being said, if both your new listings you posted qualified, one was probably purchased too quickly before it got on sale and the other a bit longer and eventually was included in the sale before it was purchased.
