Item is saying no service available
The buyer put too many characters in the address line 2. I amended it at saved it but still says no service available. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you

·1 week agoOn Ebay you can't or shouldn't edit an address. When you go to create a shipping label, they block you from being able to do that. Besides, if you actually edit the address, you would lose ALL seller protection.
Now Format changes are not the same thing. There is an extra line in the Address program for just that. When the address or name is too long. Without changing ANYTHING, put part of it on the extra line, keeping the name and address exactly the same.
You will have to go outside of Ebay to purchase this shipping label and then come back to Ebay and upload the tracking number.

OP1 week agoOk thank you , I tried adding it onto the extra line but no joy. Still saying no postage available.

OP1 week agoI moved everything up one line the only spare bar that editable was company name.

·1 week agoWHERE? Where are you doing this? On a shipping label IN EBAY? Are you going to another site to get the label, etc? Where are you doing this.
