Item ID.# 286014956164
This items was sold out on the August 11th with the same buyer, but the eBay did not removed it out from our listing. So, when the buyer think about that we still have the same lot and made another best offer again. We had have to contact to him with another offer for him to replace for the happened, but he wants the refund back. Could you please correct it for us ?. Thank you very much and You have a good weekend !.
Sincerely,
Hoa Doan

In your completed/sold listings I do not see a sale on August 11th, the only one I see is the sale made on Aug 16th.

OP2 years agoHello Dear, The translation on August 11th was completely done, but The August 16th was not correct. Because we don’t have to post and sell the same items on this date, but the buyer had have to make another offer with the same one, and that’s happened . Best regards, Hoa Doan

·2 years agoThere is nothing to 'correct', you need to refund the buyer by canceling the transaction.

@hoahong1010
I take it that the set you sold on August 11th, you re-sold on August 16th... correct?
If so... you need to cancel the 8/11 sale, which will the refund your buyer. It's all automated... eBay doesn't do it for sellers. 🙌

OP2 years agoThat’s an accident. This item had sold out on August 11th, but we don’t have to remove them out. So, the buyer thinks it is another issue, and we had have to contact with them to say sorry about that . Thank you very much for your help us to give the refund back to the buyer . Hoa Doan
