Item I am sold on eBay does not appear in the sales final results. Technical error!
Good day,
I have discovered today an eBay error: one of my sold items, paid by buyer and posted today to him, does not appear in the
eBay table of the results at eBay sales hub.
I believe this should not be a problem to me, but what is in reality?
Login/logout does not change the situation. It just disappeared from the scores! When I enter into the item by lot number,
all is fine - so item has not been removed by eBay.
Any thought?

Logged into your ebay account and saw the sale and worked from that?
Got an email from ebay to say you had sold the item, if its this it could well be a con especially if its not showing in your ebay account as sold and its still listed.

·2 weeks agoWhat do you see in the Seller Hub if you go to All Orders and search for it by item number, title or SKU (if you use one)?
Or can you provide the item number and/or title? We can look at it in the Product Research tool and sometimes that gives us a clue (mostly, if it doesn't show up there, the sale wasn't completed for some reason).

·2 weeks agoThat view is often wrong. Especially for those that have Variation listings. It often doesn't recognize those sales on that specific screen @bulkcover . You need to be using your Seller Hub if you desire to have accurate information. Your Order History is accurate in the Seller Hub. And you have multiple ways to sort the information as well. What @jonathanbrightlight shared with you earlier is accurate information.
