Item Description From The Seller - Is Now too Small
They reduced the size of the "Item Description Field" and added a Scroll Bar to the Right Side. That's terrible. They should make it easy to see and read. A very important part of the Sellers Description that the customer needs to read. Why make it so difficult to read?

I am using Windows 10 Pro up to date (paid updates).

·8 months agoYour problem is Windows 7, not Firefox. I am using Firefox on both Windows 10 and 11 and not experiencing these issues.
Being that you are using a 16 year old operating system no longer supported by anyone you may also have a much smaller monitor resolution than is standard today, which could also be the issue.

·8 months ago3.1 was pretty nice upgrade from 2.0 (virtually unusable) but there was the odd "blue screen of death", I was quite happy to switch to Win 2000 (NT) which was a very stable version that I used for many years.

·8 months agoBeOS 5 was amazing back in the late 90s, however there was basically no software for it at all, but it made a clunky 90s computer boot in seconds like a modern one and react as fast as modern ones do as well.
I was signed up for some test thing from Microsoft when I was younger and I got a Windows ME beta that was absolutely rock solid stable and contained none of the stupid stuff that everyone hated. Of course the release version ended up being trash.

·8 months agoI too use firefox and got tired of slowly scrolling to read descriptions. In my case I use an extension called 'No-Script' to disable junk scripts sites try to load
9typically tracking and advertising), but this also means I typically have to go through and figure out what they each do.
Where this becomes an issue is when a website changes how they display a page. I had to go into my No script settings and allow ebayimg.com, ebaycdn.com, and ebaydesc.com to all run scripts.
Now everything shows up the way it is supposed to. Alternatively, if you do not use No-Script, check to make sure you're allowing scripts in any security settings/extensions you use.

OP10 months agoCTL+F5 solves the problem as a temporary workaround.

·10 months agoSounds like a browser based issue, then. Ctl + F5 just does a hard refresh, ignoring your cached data. Perhaps you need to clear out your browsers cache entirely. And/or actually update your software.

I never have an issue with Win11 running Edge. Imagine that......

·10 months agoYes Win 7 has become unstable. It has been for some time now.
I use Win 11 and have Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Brave all on it. All work flawlessly with no issues.
Like it or not the OP is going to have to upgrade or continue to have worsening problems......................

OP10 months agoI would like to add an addendum to my original statement. It seems to only have been introduced to the Firefox Browser. I am getting numerous Bugs since 10-13-25. Firefox has the most Bugs. Chrome has some image rendition issues where one image appears on top of another.

OP10 months agoCTL+F5 solves the problem as a temporary workaround. It also fixes the Zoom problem and the inactive Links.
