Item Description from Seller Not Appearing in Listing

Anyone else noticing this? To see the description of a listing I have to back out of the listing and go in again. It shows up this way, but most buyers aren't going to go into a listing twice.

·6 days agoI am unable to see "full item description" on both my listings and the listings of other sellers. This is the eBay app on my ipad. I have deleted the app, and reinstalled, but still no description. When I tried to let eBay know, the AI chat didn't understand what I was writing/talking about.

·6 days ago@pricklypairaz I checked about 5-6 listing and can see descriptions fine....on a pc...... have updated/restarted your browser?

OP6 days agoJust got off the phone and they are aware of the issue and working on it. Or so says the rep who talked to me on the phone. Unsure if she was being truthful or not though.

OP6 days agoI just checked 6 and all seems to be fine now. I noticed that 3 other post over the past couple months by others have had this happening also. It must be a random glitch but still isn't a good one. I don't use AI descriptions, and I note every defect seen, so its important to me as I never get complaints on items.
