Hi there, I sold 4 dinner plates and 1 arrived broken. Buyer has been very kind and is asking for a replacement, which I fortunately have. I am new at this. What is your suggestion regarding sending another plate and asking for help from eBay? They were sent via Ground Advantage. Will USPS cover my loss? Thanks a bunch, Katarina.
