It was not possible to generate the label. Return name plus company name cannot exceed 50 characters. What does this mean? How do I fix this issue?

·3 years agoYou will need to edit your name/business name line in your settings so it is under 50 characters. Just a heads up, from time to time you will get a buyer with this same error. You will need to edit those to fit too.

·3 years agoOne or more lines of your return address is too long.
Try shortening the name or breaking it up into two separate lines.
