My profile is somehow Moldova as where the account was originated some 25 years ago, but my location is USA and has been.
My ship from and to address is still in USA not sure why i can't sell or fix this. Been on the phone and chat for like 5 hours and then they tell me they fixed it in 72 hours, then I call back to follow up and then they said call payoneer. What a disaster.

·2 weeks agoThey can't fix it. You need to open a new account with your current address you want to be registered at. Ship to addresses do NOT have to be the same as the account registered address, however everything to do with your money does. Since you are now in the USA, you need an account registered here in the USA. You can NOT change an account registered in a different country to now be registered in the USA or some other country.

·2 weeks agoThe best you can do is briefly mention your transaction history on your listings on your new account (something like: seller since XYZ with XXX transactions internationally)

My interpretation if what it says is that you cannot do what you want to do you must create a new account.

·2 weeks agoIt might be easier if you can just create a "new account". I just viewed your store and it says Moldova and I cannot see any items for sale.

OP2 weeks agoThank you but no one can help me fix the 'moldova' specification for some reason. I've had this account for over 25 years and I have a seller reputation that I'd like to preserve as well you know?

·2 weeks agoSorry, since Managed Payments, you can no longer change the country.
To sell, you'll have to open a new account in the US.
