Israeli sellers are having trouble exporting abroad due to customs issues, has anyone encountered this? And how do you request protection from eBay?

·1 year agoSome of your listings show use ship using SpeedpaK to ship. China uses that service. That service is not valid for shipping from Israel. Your item location is Israel. So just make sure you are shipping from Israel as it does affect customs.

There will be few Israeli sellers here.
If it were me having trouble with customs issues I would stop selling to those places.
I cant imagine eBay giving someone special protection because of customs issues.

OP1 year agoIt's definitely stopping selling for a while.
The question is what happens with shipments that have already been shipped and are delayed?
eBay gives some protection in certain cases like what's happening now with Canada or weather conditions like sellers impacted throughout the Great Lakes region

·1 year ago@royam_67 You are shipping from Israel and I dont think there will be delivery issues in the US or Canada long enough to impact anything.
eBay sometimes gives sellers in certain areas extra time to ship IF there are weather issues but its not for foreign shipments or customs issues.
