Is there some way I can contact a live person on EBay? All I am able to reach is auto contact.
A buyer wants to buy my item, but they say that one place says I will sell to their country and someplace else it says that I will not sell in their country.

The UK is blocking most toys from being imported.

What do they mean by in one place they can and in another place they cannot?
Don't see any reason to contact CS because this very well could be something at their end and CS couldn't do anything about that.
If you think about it, if they can see and buy from one place, why don't they buy it then.
