Is there any way to get results to fix issues on ebay?
I have written on this board and called ebay and eventually spoke to somebody who said they would help and get back to me, nothing changed. Nothing happened.
First I sold cufflinks. Ebay didn't authorize them( in spite of me having a GIA appraisal, but thats another issue)
I have the cufflinks back. The customer was refunded their money. Ebay continues to list them as in dispute. Its been there since July. Ebay can see there is no current issue and said it would be removed and the person would call me back last Friday. Didn't happen. Still listed as cufflinks in dispute customer not refunded. ( Everybody on the back end, can see customer has gotten their money back and I have the cufflinks back)
Spoke to somebody about removing "failure to resolve an issue with customer well over a year ago) There was no dispute. I questioned the return, but I return money and got item back. Ebay lists as failure to resolve.
I listed I would be on vacation for two days and shipping delayed two days. Ebay puts failure to ship on time for the two days I listed I would be away.
Now I have been here for 28 years.Thats a long time. The feedback is 100% positive.
I used to be able to call ebay and get something done but now, it doesn't work
Now why should I care about these issues? Because ebay uses algorithms and so when they don't resolve, it impacts traffic.
And speaking of algorithm, can Ebay explain why most of my sales are to the West Coast when I am on the East coast?
If there is somebody who can resolve any one of these issues without me having to pick up the telephone and wait hours trying to get a human being, and explaining it and getting transferred to another department I would appreciate it- somebody who can just step in and fix the issues I outlined.
And maybe somebody who can boost traffic on the east coast for my site. ( A system refresh)

·11 months agoWe are a community of your peers who answer questions and give advice. Ebay isn't here nor representatives. The only way to get a human is through Chat Box and have Ebay call you back. Type in "Agent please" "speak to an agent." You need to talk to a representative through the call back system and appeal the defect on your record. That's the only way to resolve the issue. Nobody here can actually fix that problem for you.

Your buyers are on the west coast. There really isn't any other answer to give. It's called demand. The demand or interest of paying buyers are located west.

As far as where your buyers are located, it’s random.
My buyers are from all over the US and worldwide.
No one here can fix anything for you….sorry. It is what it is.
