Is there a way to get a buyers email address? I have one who keeps asking me the same question.
Every time they ask me a question , I answer them, then 2 days later, they ask the same question again. Are they just having fun at my expense?

·3 years agoIf they did not buy, my reaction would be to add them to my blocked buyers list. Asking the same question several times sounds to me like a problem later.

·3 years agoI have no idea why they would ask the same question again. Maybe they just forgot they had already asked?
If they have actually made a purchase you can ask for their email but if they are just a prospective buyer, you are not allowed to exchange that information. Why do you want their email address?

·2 years agoThere are three viable reasons for requesting a buyers email, one is if they request to upgrade postage and need to be invoice for the difference, another is that if you add their email to the carrier’s tracking, they will receive notifications that can reduce the instances of packages not being collected when an attempted delivery fails. The third is when they request an additional item that you don’t sell on eBay, especially custom items that take time to produce and would result in damaging your record for shipping on time.
