Is it possible to appeal seller rating based on a large volume of sales being late one day
I've been selling on eBay for over two years and have worked my way up to being a top rated seller, and have been one for a while now. This year over the Labor Day weekend this year I shipped 17 cards one day late - and while this was 17 cards, it was one order and it took me a while to figure out how I was going to ship such a large order - so I took the extra day to make sure that the items would get there safely. I totally get it if these were all separate orders, but they were all a part of order #25-12015-14765. I feel that it's overkill to have that one order knock my seller rating down for multiple months. If there is another forum where I could send this, please let me know.
Thank you

·1 year agoA very simple solution is to not have 1 day handling times, and to switch them to 2 or 3 days. Had you done that to begin with, you could've avoided the headaches you're having now.
If I'm correct, you can only get a single defect per transaction, so it should only be a single defect. I would still consider changing the handling times though.
