Is it legal to sell a painting by an elephant and claim it's an elephant that did it?
Some elephants are very talented especially the Indian elephants which are very intelligent. But I have no way of proving it was painted by an elephant.

·3 years agoUh, the Mae Sa Elephant Camp in Chiang Mai Thailand had elephants painting pictures for many, many years. They might still be painting the pictures but I haven't bothered to visit since the owner, a friend of mine, passed away a few years ago. Post a photo and I can probably verify as they tend to look similar. And you can probably find a YouTube video of such artistry. I doubt the painting would violate any Ebay policy.

You will find some cats more talented than others.
Good luck

·3 years agoDid you see it yourself? How did you acquire it? The provenance of the piece can help establish its authenticity.

·3 years agoNow that would be an excellent use of videos in listings. It would be so easy to promote on social media, too.
I wonder if I could train an animal to paint. ðŸ˜
