I just tried to relist an item from Inactive -no trouble seeing those and pulling one up, but when I tried to change an item specific with a pull-down menu, it wouldn't apply my choice or even close that menu, so I had to save the draft and try again. Second time it worked. -This was just 5 minutes ago.
I think they are "FIXING THINGS" again...please stop changing the screens...it is ok as is, I don't want to learn anything new....it works ok so LEAVE IT ALONE, PLEASE.
JUST aggravating when you are trying to list a bunch of new items and you can't find anythiing.
Yes, having issues here as well. Seller hub keeps switching in and out of old and new and receiving error can not reach try again later. So frustrating. I hope they hurry up and sell so things can get fixed properly.
Yes I cannot open the orders page and it took me to the old seller hub. Never had this problem before. I am wondering if I need to delete cookies or not. when I look at payments it is not there
Yes, when I just tried to log on it took me to the old seller page that I used before Seller Hub. I closed it out and when I logged on again, it took me to Seller Hub, but all of my boxes have been rearranged.
There are definitely some glitches and/ or updates happening behind the scenes.
Having some problems, more on my account that is set up with Team Access to be able to access our primary selling account. I was able to get around the redirecting links by going directly to the Seller Hub page first and it wanted me to click to go through to it, and then the link worked the next time, but it's still behaving a bit oddly at times.

·5 months agoYep, same issue here. All of my tabs in my Seller Hub are straight-up missing. I just finished submitting a complaint to eBay Support regarding this.
Whatever change they're making, they need to genuinely reconsider. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is most often the best mentality with UI design.

·5 months agoYES! I am having major problems today within the last hour.
There are missing tabs and I keep getting redirected to other pages.
In addition, all of my inactive listings are somewhere and I cannot find them.
Downdetector says there are problems. 😞
I am a bit freaked out about my inactive listings.
